Ingredients
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Favorite meat*, (to 3/4 c.) Other additions**
Directions
- *(Dry beef, hamburger, ham, sausage, pork roll).**(You may add in any combination of ingredients here: meat and corn, spinach, mushrooms, etc. as long as the total doesn't exceed 1 c.).
- Brown meat and onion till clear. Bleand other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir in meat and onion. Place into a 9-inch deep dish, sprayed, or possibly buttered pie pan (glass is best!). Let stand 10 min and place into top half of preheated oven; bake at 325 F for 40 to 50 min or possibly till center sets. Let stand for at least 5 min. Serve.
