• 1 Tbsp. oregano, fresh, minced
• 2 Tbsp. cilantro, fresh, minced
• 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
• 1/2 tsp allspice, grnd
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon, grnd
• 3/4 tsp black pepper, grnd
• 1/2 tsp thyme, dry
