Directions

  1. Pour olive oil into a heavy deep pan and add onions cook until tender, then add garlic, carrots, mushrooms anise fronds and root cook until all items are tender.
  2. Add tomatoes with one cup of water, cook for 10 minutes
  3. Get a large flat pan and ladle some of the sauce on the bottom, place fish on top of the sauce and add remaining sauce.
  4. Place in oven and bake at 30-40 minutes at 350
