Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 c. beef stock
- 2 ounce cranberries
- 4 x filet mignon
Directions
- Pan fry steaks in warm oil. Remove from pan & keep hot. Put pine nuts into pan and cook for 1 minute, add in cranberry sauce, vinegar, stock , cranberries and salt & pepper. Bring to boil, then simmer for 2-3 min, till reduced slightly. Pour over steak. Serve with a nice baked potato and fresh steamed broccoli.
