Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 stalk lemongrass finely minced
  • 1 x red chili finely minced
  • 1 x garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pch freshly-grnd white pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
