  1. In large kettle, bring zucchini and sugar to a boil. Boil and stir constantly for 6 min. Add in lemon juice and pineapple; cook and stir 8 min. Add in gelatin; stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; fill jars.

  3. Yield: 8 jelly lars
