Ingredients
- 1 box Devil's food cake mix
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 T soft butter
- 2-4 T lowfat milk
- 2 T cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cake: Mix well together, add in chocolate chips last. Pour into large bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in the pan 45 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly a chocolate glaze.Glaze: In small bowl put together sugar, cocoa and butter. Add in vanilla, add in lowfat milk gradually to achieve desired consistency and stir till smooth.
