Extra Easy German Sweet Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix, (2-layer size)
  • 1 pkt vanilla flavor, (4-serving size) instant pudding
  • 4 ounce German sweet chocolate, melted
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans, minced
  • 1 pkt butter pecan or possibly vanilla instant pudding, (6-serving size)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 4 min at medium speed. Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done. Don't under-bake. Cold in pan 15 min. Fill and frost with Easy Coconut Filling.
  2. Easy Coconut Filling:Blend corn syrup with instant pudding mix. Gradually stir in evaporated lowfat milk. Add in coconut and pecans. Refrigerateten min.
