Directions

  1. Place Swiss cheese as bottom layer in a 9 x 13 glass casserole. Layer green chilies over this, then grated Cheddar cheese. Beat Large eggs till fluffy and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees till crusty brown and bubbly. Cold slightly and cut in small squares. Freezes and reheats well.
