Ingredients

  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (3-ounce) minced mushrooms
  • 1 can (6-ounce) tomato paste
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 1 can Water
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 ounce Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkt (5-ounce) noodles

Directions

  1. Saute/fry pepper & onion in oil. Add in grnd beef & brown. Add in remaining ingredients except cheese & noodles. Simmer for 15 min. Cook noodles & place in casserole alternately with meat mix. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 300 for about 30 min. (Serve with coleslaw & French bread.)
