  • 1 stk (8 Tbs.) Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 1 c. All-purpose Flour
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 c. Whole Lowfat milk
  • 1 x regular-size can Peaches

Directions

  1. In bottom of casserole dish, heat butter or possibly margarine. In large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking pwdr. Mix the lowfat milk into the dry ingredients. Pour the batter-like mix on top of melted butter in casserole dish.
  2. Open can of peaches; drain and throw away the liquid (or possibly reserve for another use). Using a fork, drop the peaches into the batter.
  3. Bake at 350-F degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till golden.
  4. Great served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Chill leftovers, re-hot in a microwave before serving.
  5. Serves 4 or possibly 5
