  1. Combine in microwave safe bowl popped corn, brown sugar, butter and Karo syrup. Cook 2 min on high. Stir and cook 3 more min, stirring after each mix. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. baking soda. Stir and pour over popped corn in a bag and shake. Place bag in microwave oven for another minute on high. Shake. Place in microwave oven for 30 seconds on high. Put carameled corn on baking sheet to cold.
