Directions

  1. Mix together meat, lowfat milk, salt, pepper. Shape into 4 steak-size patties and flour each side. Brown in butter in skillet. Drain off fat. Add in mushroom soup and 1 can of water, cover skillet and boil till well blended. Vary steak with onion soup or possibly chili sauce.
