Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 can apple pie filling, (20 ounce.)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (8 ounce.)
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel

Directions

  1. Mix baking mix, sugar, nuts, butter and cinnamon with fork in microwave pie plate till crumbly.
  2. Microwave on high (100%) 1-1/2 min, stir with fork.
  3. Microwave, stirring every minute, till dry and crumbly, 2 to 3 min longer.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients.
  5. Divide among 6 custard c..
  6. For each serving, microwave 1 custard c. fruit mix uncovered on high
  7. (100%) till warm, 30 to 60 seconds.
  8. Sprinkle with crumb mix.
  9. Store any remaining crumb mix in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
