Ingredients

2 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
3/4 c. Sugar, (more if desired it sweeter)
2 c. Lowfat milk, (2% is good not skimmed)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

In saucepan combine all ingredients except vanilla. Over medium heat stir constantly, be patient it will thicken as it comes to a boil. Add in vanilla and cook while stirring another minute or possibly two. Cold in fridge uncovered for a few hrs.
