Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, almond butter, dry vanilla pudding mix, milk, peppermint extract, yogurt and mini chocolate chips. Fold in cool whip.
  5. Spread over the filling layer.
  6. Topping: Spread dry instant chocolate pudding filling layer.
  7. Decorate.
