Ingredients

  • 6 skinless chicken breasts, deboned
  • 6 slices boiled or possibly baked ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. oven fry for chicken
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Flatten chicken breasts with a kitchen mallet. Lay on top of chicken 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese.
  2. Roll into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken into the lowfat milk and then the oven fry mix to thoroughly coat the chicken. Put in greased baking dish. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 25 min. Then remove toothpicks, turn and bake 25 min more. Simply delicious.
