Ingredients
- 2 lg. Philadelphia or possibly 1 lg. Philadelphia & 2 sm. Philadelphia with chives
- 2 pkg. chipped beef (Or possibly for spicier version use 2 pkg. minced corn beef or possibly pastronie)
- 3 green onions with green tops
- Green olives with pimento
Directions
- Chop meat and onions; mix into Philadelphia. Form into a ball. Cover with sliced olives (so which pimento is viable within olive). Serve at room temperature with crackers.
