Directions

  1. Coat a 2-qt bowl with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the cornmeal; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Gradually stir in the cornmeal and cook for 4 to 5 min, or possibly till the mix is very stiff and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Pour into the prepared bowl.
  4. Cover the bowl for a few min with a serving plate, then invert onto the plate. Slice, and serve hot.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
