Directions

  1. Boil potatoes; drain and mash coarse. Cut pork into 1/2 inch pcs, fry till crisp. Take out and put on cut up lettuce, add in cut up Large eggs and potatoes. In the pork drippings, drain off half the lard; add in water and vinegar to pan and bring to a boil. Pour over the lettuce, pork, Large eggs and potatoes. Mix together. More vinegar can be added if you like.
