- 2 Tbsp. Flaked coconut
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 c. Nonfat yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. All fruit apricot jam
- 1/8 tsp Almond extract
- 2/3 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Slivered, toasted almonds, Finely minced
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. All fruit strawberry jam
