1/2 c. sugar
6 Large eggs
1 healthy pinch salt
the grated peel of 1/2 lemon
1 c. grnd hazelnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. rice flour
1 tsp baking pwdr

Directions

Separate Large eggs & set aside yolks. Whip egg whites. Mix egg yolks with all remaining ingredients. Mix in egg whites.
Bake at 320
