Ingredients
- 12 x Egg
- 3 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 12 slc Bread, cubed
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. Cooked diced ham
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 1 c. Green pepper, diced
- 1 can Mushroms, sliced, liquid removed, opt
Directions
- In large bowl whisk first 5 ingredients. Stir in the rest of ingredients, except for 1 c. of the shredded cheese. Pour into greased 9X13 pan, cover and chill overnite. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour, remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake an additional 15 min, or possibly till center is set.
