Delicious Lemon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 x graham cracker crust, (9-inch)

Directions

  1. Into bowl, put Eagle Brand lowfat milk. Stir in next the egg yolks; then add in the lemon juice. Pour in pie shell. May use whipped cream or possibly use the egg whites as meringue for topping.
  2. If egg whites are used for topping, beat whites with 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar. Gradually add in 1/3 c. sugar, beating till slightly stiff. Cold Whip may be used also for topping.
