Ingredients
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Chop 1/2 cup of walnuts to medium size pcs. Chop remaining nuts into fine pcs for coating fudge balls. Heat butter, add in sugars, salt and lowfat sour cream. Cook over low heat, stir till sugars dissolve, boil slowly 5 min.Uncover, cook rapidly without stirring to 236 degrees F. (soft ball stage). Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm. Add in vanilla, beat till mix is creamy and begins to hold its shape. Stir in medium nut pcs.
