Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 cubed steaks
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions
- Mix flour, pepper, salt and paprika; coat steaks with mix. Brown steaks with mix. Brown steaks on both sides in shortening in large skillet. Dilute soup with water, heat to boiling. Add in steak and simmer for 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender.
