Ingredients
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
Directions
- Pour lowfat milk into oil. Beat all ingredients together. Allow dough to rest for 15 min. Roll out between two sheets of wax paper.
- Makes two nine inch crusts. Cook with pinto beans on aluminum foil for 12 min at 400 degrees.
