Ingredients

  • 1 box (7 ounce) macaroni
  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 can (3 ounce) French's or possibly Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions

  1. Prepare macaroni as per box directions, drain. Brown grnd beef; drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients except onions. Pour half the mix into a 2qt.
  3. casserole dish. Add in 1/2 can onions. Pour remaining mix over onions.
  4. Cover, and bake at 350 degrees for at least 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbly. Top with remaining onion and bake uncovered 5 min longer.
  5. 4 to 6 servings
