Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip or possibly Miracle Whip Light Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 4 c. shredded green cabbage
- 1 c. shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 c. minced peanuts
- 4 slc bacon, crispy cooked crumbled
Directions
- Mix dressing, sugar and vinegar in large bowl.
- Add in remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
- Makes 10 servings or possibly about 4 c..
- quick crunchy bacon coleslaw: substitute 1 8 oz pkg. coleslaw blend for shredded green and red cabbage. substitute 1 can ( 3 ounces ) real bacon bits for bacon slices.
- crunchy carrot bacon coleslaw: add in 1/4 c. shredded carrots
