  1. 1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium high heat till proportionately brown. Let cold, crumble and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the bacon, cabbage and dressing. Mix well. Sprinkle with blue cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes. Chill and serve chilled.
  3. NOTES : Once you taste this you will never go back to the 'old' way of making coleslaw!
