Directions

  1. Place the lowfat milk and the bread in a large mixing bowl, and let stand till the bread has absorbed all the lowfat milk.
  2. With two forks, break the bread into crumbs. Beat the grnd beef into the crumbs till well mixed. Make a hollow in the center of the meat and break the Large eggs into it.
  3. Beat the Large eggs slightly; then grate the onions into the Large eggs. Add in salt, pepper and mustard. Mix the Large eggs into the beef.
  4. Shape into a round cake and place in the slow cooker.
  5. Drain the tomatoes, and place them on the meat. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hrs.
  6. Before serving, uncover the pot; turn the heat to high, and reduce the sauce. It should be thick, not thin.
