Ingredients

  • 1 pound very lean stew meat in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 can cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Brown meat well in a little fat. Mix soups together and add in to meat. Cook 8 hrs on slow in the crock pot. Serve over noodles or possibly rice. Do not add in any water to the soups. Serves 4.
