Ingredients
- 2 quarts. applesauce or possibly pulp
- 3 1/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. + 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tbsp. + 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
Directions
- Put all ingredients in crock pot and stir to mix. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs. Stir occasionally. Remove lid, cook till thickness desired. Total hrs, about 8. Can be processed in warm water bath for 20 min.
