Ingredients
- 1 x frying chicken cut up
- 1 x green pepper minced
- 6 x green onions minced
- 1 can tomatoes - (16 ounce) undrained
- 1 can tomato paste - (6 ounce)
- 1/4 lb ham minced or possibly cubed
- 1 tsp salt Several drops bottled warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions
- In the crock pot, combine the chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, ham, salt, and pepper sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hrs.
- Turn control to HIGH and add in sausage and cooked rice. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 to 20 min.
