  1. Beat Large eggs till light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar till thick and creamy. Beat in salt, flavorings and nutmeg. Beat in heavy cream, light cream and lowfat milk. Chill. Just before serving stir in scoops of vanilla ice cream and float some on top.
