Ingredients
- 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 med Cucumber minced fine
- 1 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 x clove garlic chopped very Fine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd white pepper
Directions
- Blend ingredients together in a jar and store in the refrigerator. Use generously with falafel as well as with fresh green salads.
