  • 10 lbs frozen broccoli floretts
  • white pepper to taste
  • 3 lbs 1/4" diced onions

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, ship cream base and wwater - add seasonings.
  2. Steam off broccoli.
  3. Add broccoli to cream mixture them steam to 140 F.
  4. Serve
