Cream Cheese Icing: Recipe

• 4 c. confectioners sugar
• 1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1 Tbsp. orange juice or possibly Tbsp. lowfat milk
• 2 Tbsp. vanilla
• 1/4 c. walnuts
• 1/4 c. currants (plump by soaking in 1/4 c. warm water for 5 min and drain)
