Ingredients
- 4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice or possibly Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. walnuts
- 1/4 c. currants (plump by soaking in 1/4 c. warm water for 5 min and drain)
Directions
- Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and lowfat milk or possibly orange juice till smooth.
- Mix in walnuts and currants. Spread over cold Carrot Cake.
