Ingredients
- 1 stk butter
- 1 x Onion
- 1 x Bell pepper
- 2 can Cream mushroom soup
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 1 can Tomatoe soup
- 1 lb Crawfish tails
- 1 tsp Crab Boil, (more to taste)
Directions
- 1. This is a quickie recipe for Crawfish Ettouffe which is wonderful. We usually eat it once a week during crawfish season!
- Saute/fry onion and bellpepper in butter. All all remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 min. Serve over warm rice. Great with French bread or possibly garlic bread.
