  1. 1. This is a quickie recipe for Crawfish Ettouffe which is wonderful. We usually eat it once a week during crawfish season!
  2. Saute/fry onion and bellpepper in butter. All all remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 min. Serve over warm rice. Great with French bread or possibly garlic bread.
