Directions

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve syrup. Add in boiling water to reserved syrup to make 1 c.. Dissolve gelatin in warm liquid. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel; refrigerateuntil partially set. Mix in orange sections and pineapple. Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold into fruit mix. Pour into 6 c. mold. Refrigerateuntil set.
  2. Unmold; garnish cranberry sald with frosted fruit.
  3. FROSTED FRUIT: Break 1 lb. green grapes into small clusters. Dip grapes and 1/2 lb. cranberries into beaten egg white. Drain; dip fruit in sugar to coat.
  4. Place fruit on rack to dry for 2 hrs.
