Ingredients
- 1 x frzn hash browns
- 16 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 x butter
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mince onions, and together lowfat sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, which you have cut into cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
