Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) lime Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 3 carrots, shredded
- Little onion if you like
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 green pepper
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Mix cottage cheese and salad dressing together. Add in Jello and vegetables to cottage cheese mix. Can be molded.
