  1. Next time you have a hankering for a rich dark chocolate frosting try this it's easy as pie and every bit as good.
  2. Put together butter and chocolate; cook over low heat till chocolate melts; add in lowfat milk, sugar and corn syrup; bring to boil; boil 2 min; remove from heat and cool for 5 min; add in vanilla and beat with electric mixer on high 10 min or possibly till mix reaches spreading consistency.
