Ingredients
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Tobasco Pepper Sauce
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Don't ALLOW TO BOIL. Spoon over the vegetables when serving or possibly place them in a casserole topping with the sauce and sprinkling with bread crumbs. Place under the broiler till the crumbs are brown, 1 to 2 min. Ideal with cooked fresh asparagus, or possibly broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans and so forth.
