Colorful Turkey Pasta Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs tri-colored pasta, raw
  • 16 oz margarine
  • 12 oz flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp ground white pepper
  • 4 qts skin milk heated
  • 5 lbs reduced sodium turkey ham, diced
  • 3 lbs swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 Tbsp pimiento, chopped
  • 1 lb swiss cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse and set aside.
  2. Melt margarine.
  3. Stir in flour and seasonings.
  4. Gradually stir in milk. Cook for 10 minutes as medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
  5. Cut turkey ham in to dice.
  6. Fold cheese, pimiento, pasta, and turkey ham into sauce.
  7. Pour mixture into 12x20x2 inch pan.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Cut into 4x6 portions.
