  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn
  • 1 can Undrained tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 x Minced onion
  • 1 x Minced bell pepper
  • 1 pkt (7 ounce) corkscrew macaroni, cooked until just tender
  • 1/2 c. Sliced celery
  • 1 can Condensed tomato soup

Directions

  1. Saute/fry' beef, onion, bell pepper, and celery till meat is brown; drain. In large bowl, mix all ingredients and transfer to casserole dish. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil last 10 min of cooking.
