- 1/4 c. Pesto sauce
- 2 x Tomatoes, minced Black pepper
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Pine nuts
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice

- Cook pasta as directed then refrigeratein ice water and drain. Combine all ingredients and refrigeratebefore serving.
