Ingredients
- 1 lb shelled cooked medium shrimp
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 x hard-boiled egg
- 4 Tbsp. nonfat cream cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Process all ingredients except the parsley in a food processor till they are finely minced, but not like a paste. The mix should still be somewhat chunky.
- Form the mix into balls and roll in parsley. Place on a nonstick cookie sheet covered with wax paper and chill overnight before serving.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
- Serving size: 2 pcs.
- Comments: This is a great uncooked appetizer you can fix the night before and set out when your guests arrive.
