%20Since%20he%20was%20sulking%20that%20there%20were%20no%20longer%20any%20baked%20goods%20in%20the%20house%20I%20made%20another%20batch%20for%20him%20last%20night...%20any%20wagers%20on%20how%20long%20this%20batch%20lasts??%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20prefer%20these%20muffins%20hot%20out%20of%20the%20oven,%20the%20sugar%20cinnamon%20has%20a%20nice%20crust%20to%20the%20top%20of%20them.%20John%20still%20loves%20them%20the%20next%20day%20even%20after%20the%20crispy%20crust%20has%20gone%20soft%20from%20the%20moisture%20of%20the%20other%20muffin%20in%20the%20tupperware%20tin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20all%20reality%20I%20have%20to%20say%20I'm%20super%20impressed%20John%20likes%20these,%20I%20mean%20there%20is%20NO%20chocolate%20in%20them?%20That%20man%20is%20addicted%20to%20baked%20goods%20with%20chocolate...%20it's%20an%20anomaly.%20Also%20can%20you%20believe%20these%20things%20have%20no%20added%20fat?%20And%20they%20still%20taste%20delicious,%20promise,%20give%20them%20a%20try%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAre%20you%20a%20must%20have%20chocolate%20in%20it%20to%20be%20considered%20dessert%20person?%20Or%20do%20you%20love%20all%20desserts%20equally?%20I%20love%20all%20dessert,%20maybe%20not%20equally,%20but%20I%20don't%20think%20I've%20met%20a%20dessert%20I%20didn't%20like%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECinnamon%20Muffins%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erecipe%20by%20steph%20chows%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350F.%20Spray%20muffin%20tin%20with%20non-stick%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20dry%20ingredients%20(flour%20through%20flax%20seeds)%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20In%20a%20smaller%20bowl,%20mix%20wet%20ingredients%20(yogurt,%20milk,%20vanilla).%20In%20an%20even%20smaller%20bowl,%20mix%20the%20sugar%20and%20cinnamon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20wet%20mixture%20into%20the%20flour%20mixture%20and%20stir%20just%20until%20thoroughly%20moistened.%20Do%20not%20overmix.%20Spoon%20batter%20into%20each%20muffin%20cup.%20Sprinkle%20each%20muffin%20with%201/4%20teaspoon%20of%20cinnamon%20sugar%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%2017-22%20minutes,%20until%20a%20toothpick%20inserted%20into%20the%20center%20of%20a%20muffin%20comes%20out%20clean.%20Cool%20for%20a%20few%20minutes%20before%20serving.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
