Ingredients
- 1 box lemon pie filling
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 jar red cherries
- 1 jar green cherries
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Cook first 3 ingredients together till pie-like in consistency. When done immediately add in remaining ingredients. Serve from bowl or possibly individual dishes.
